On Fenna Kremers's first day as a detective in Leeuwarden, an offender escapes. It seems that this man would like revenge and there threatening to fall some victims if he don't found fast enough. Fenna's idiosyncratic way of working is not by all her new colleagues in the taste.

During the Sneekweek there arrives a threatening letter at the headquarters. If certain requirements are not satisfied, there will be for the thousands visitors a deadly consequences. The team does everything to identify the sender of the letter and prevent an attack committed in Sneek.

Bram and Fenna travel to Vlieland when there's a body of a young man wash ashore. At first they suspected that the victim was beaten overboard. But then they discover that the boy had a reason to visit Vlieland. He was looking for something and he wasn't the only one.

At a hotel in the center a suspect briefcase was found in front of the entrance. The team suspects that there are explosives in the suitcase and evacuate the neighborhood. Meanwhile, Evert has a new girlfriend, but she is not limited to Evert.

When the owner of an auction house is killed, all traces appear to die. Only Evert has another point of connection, but does he choose for love or for his work? Carla appears to be in the race for a top job, but makes her sharper than ever.

During partying, more and more young people are the victims of false xtc pills that turn out to circulate. The team puts everything on everything to find out where these pills come from. Meanwhile Menno takes an important decision in his life that will keep him chasing for a long time.

A teenage girl is pulled into a recreational spa, but eventually does not get over water. Her friends instantly switch the police into, resulting in a major search. When there is a message that a body has been found at an adjacent lock, Fenna and Evert are going to look. However, this does not appear to be the missing girl, but a middle-aged woman.

Fenna is dealing with her new boss, Dries van Zijverden and her new colleagues.

The undercover operation at Kortooms is becoming increasingly dangerous for team members. Bram tries to survive on a construction site. Liselotte notes at the office of Kortooms that she is being viewed with more distrust. Evert also finds himself in a life-threatening situation.

When Liselotte realizes it is irresponsible to continue with the undercover action at Kortooms, it's too late. Bram must literally fight for his life. Fenna goes on to bring this case to a good end.
