Blade Dance of Elementalers, also known as 精霊使いの剣舞 is a Japanese animation comedy television series that premiered on AT-X on July 14, 2014. It ended on September 29, 2014. It was created by Hanpen Sakura. It stars Makoto Furukawa, Ibuki Kido, Saori Onishi and Shizuka Ishigami.
Only a pure maiden can have the privilege to contract with a spirit. Priestesses, who can summon spirits from Astral Zero, the world of spirits, and have full command of their power, are called elementalists. Kamito Kazehaya is the only male with this privilege, and due to what happened in the past he comes to Areisha Spirit Academy where priestesses are trained to become elementalists. Premise
Only a pure maiden can have the privilege to contract with a spirit. Imperial City Spirit Festival This takes place four years before the main events. Kamito is assigned a mission from the Instructional School: steal two militarized Demon King / powerful spirits from the imperial capital during the Great Festival of the Spirits. At the festival, there is a grand procession with a portable shrine carrying the Princess Maiden of Flame. The shrine is guarded at its four corners by militarized spirits, two of which are what Kamito has to target. In the end, he only retrieves one of the two, because the Princess Maiden of Flame (Rubia) manages to intervene. |
