In the premiere episode, meet the 11 teams who are about to depart on the adventure of a lifetime. Starting at the iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground, they will cover more than 50,000km, 4 continents, 12 countries and 23 cities, and along the way, they'll confront fears, experience new cultures and make lifelong friends. Who will have the right combination of strategy, strength, skill and teamwork to win the $250,000 prize?

The worldwide adventure continues when most teams struggle to find flights out of Indonesia. One team enquires about a bus off the island, while sparks fly when another couple can't agree on how to get to Vietnam.

Tonight, the race continues as the ten remaining teams seek good fortunes in Hong Kong. After eating their way through thousands of fortune cookies in search of their next clue, teams are faced with the race's only Fast Forward. Will any of them be brave enough to take up the hair-raising challenge? Meanwhile, the relationship between two teams takes a big turn for the worse, while the Chinese zodiac proves too challenging for some teams.

The Amazing Race Australia returns longer, tougher and more challenging than ever as racers vie for the $250,000 prize. Eleven new diverse teams will travel more than 65,000 kilometres across four continents on a route which includes a mix of iconic sites and some very surprising destinations.

The adventure continues as the teams head for India. Sparks fly when one couple struggles to navigate the chaotic streets of Delhi, while another team trips up milking cows. And could a breach of the race rules prove very costly for one pair?

The remaining teams are forced to take on a driving test on the chaotic streets of of Jaipur, India. A run-in with workmates Paul and Steve sees engaged couple Kym and Donna left reeling. An old abyrinthine step-well could prove to be the undoing of one of the teams.

The new teams, made up of five Australian teams and five New Zealand teams, begin their journey at the Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park.

After a relaxing night's rest, the teams travel from New Zealand to Siem Reap in northwestern Cambodia.

The remaining teams make their way from Cambodia to Thailand on foot and then have to deal with a long bus ride to get to their destination.

Leg 1 (South Korea). Hosted by television's loveable loose-cannon Beau Ryan, 22 Aussie hopefuls will tackle trains, planes and camels as they ping-pong across the world in pursuit of the $250,000 cash prize.

Leg 2 (South Korea). Teams will need to choose their challenges wisely when an obstacle course or a skill testing drone flight are on the table. The last team to arrive at the Pitstop may be eliminated.

Leg 3 (South Korea → Vietnam). Teams must head to a local puppet theatre to get their clues for the next destination before having to undertake an eating challenge which is not for the faint hearted.

The race is about to set off! Fourteen teams will criss-cross the nation taking part in heart-stopping and stomach-churning challenges, all with their eyes on the $250,000 prize.

Working alongside our Aussie lifeguards in red and yellow, the teams take on some of the toughest surf conditions and complete a rigorous series of challenges to receive their next clue.

Seeking help from the locals for an iconic outback challenge, the Dunny Derby, their newfound friends must take their place on the 'throne' for a race across town.

Dust off your passports and pack your bags as we go international. Vibrant Morocco is set to be the first leg of a huge globe-trotting adventure.

From the exotic to the unimaginable, teams navigate their way to Marrakech, where they must devour a local Moroccan specialty and perform a decades old process to survive this leg of The Amazing Race.

Teams battle from challenge to challenge, taking part in aspects of everyday Moroccan life from traditional fez dancing, to navigating narrow streets, and even painting the town of Chefchaouen blue.

Eleven celebrities race around the world with those they hold dearest. Swapping 5-star luxury for the chaotic streets of New Delhi, they'll get a taste of local life as they race to the first pit stop.

In India's city of love, Agra, our celebrities face extreme heat and a monsoon before a Bollywood routine tests their endurance. Who will make it to the pitstop and who will be saying goodbye?
