Series synopsis
LEGO Star Wars: Droid Tales is an American animation comedy family sci-fi & fantasy television series that premiered on Disney XD on October 5, 2015. It ended on October 9, 2015. It stars Tom Kane and Anthony Daniels.
Luke Skywalker and the Rebel Alliance have defeated the Empire by destroying the Second Death Star, but celebrations are cut short when a mysterious hooded figure steals Admiral Ackbar's ship with R2-D2 inside as an unwitting hostage! As C-3PO and the rest of the Rebels give chase across the galaxy, he recounts the many tales of the Rebels and their great adventures that led to the conflict between the Jedi and the Sith, the formation of the Empire, and their search for a new hope.
Premise

Mission to Mos Eisley While on the ship, C-3P0 meets a Twi'lek kid that collects Rebel Cards and tells about how he fought with the rebel crew of the Ghost in the Star Wars Rebels episode "Droids in Distress". Once he gets to Mos Eisley, he meets droids afraid to be collected by the Jawas. While investigating security footage at the spaceport, he recalls the story of A New Hope. |
