Claymore, also known as クレイモア is a Japanese action & adventure animation drama sci-fi & fantasy television series that premiered on Nippon TV on April 3, 2007. It ended on September 25, 2007. It stars Houko Kuwashima, Romi Park, Kikuko Inoue and Miki Nagasawa.
When a shapeshifting demon with a thirst for human flesh, known as "youma," arrives in Raki's village, a lone woman with silver eyes walks into town with only a sword upon her back. Premise
When a shapeshifting demon with a thirst for human flesh, known as "youma," arrives in Raki's village, a lone woman with silver eyes walks into town with only a sword upon her back. She is a "Claymore," a being manufactured as half-human and half-youma, for the express purpose of exterminating these monsters. After Raki's family is killed, the Claymore saves his life, but he is subsequently banished from his home. With nowhere else to go, Raki finds the Claymore, known as Clare, and decides to follow her on her journeys.
As the pair travel from town to town, defeating youma along the way, more about Clare's organization and her fellow warriors comes to light. With every town cleansed and every demon destroyed, they come closer to the youma on which Clare has sought vengeance ever since she chose to become a Claymore.

The Black Card It doesn't take much effort for Claire to quickly complete her job and so Claire and Raki are off while she waits for another job. A strange man from the organization comes to give Claire a new set of clothes but not only that, he also gives Claire a "Black Card". What does this Black Card mean to Claire? Raki later has an encounter with the same man from the organization, who explains to him exactly what Claymores are (half human, half Yoma). |

The Darkness In Paradise Rabona the Holy City that does not allow the entry of unnatural beings is being preyed upon by a Yoma and as a last resort, have to disobey their own laws and called for help. So Claire now has a job to do but it will be different from the usual Yoma hunting, it's more of a covert operation and she has to suppress her powers to do so. During her searches Claire happens to run into 2 soldiers on patrol, but they only seem to get in the way of her job. After she manages to lose them, Claire faces the Yoma which happens to be an extremely strong one known as "Voracious Eater". |
