Texas Flip and Move

Three teams of hard working Texas real estate entrepreneurs compete head-to-head in a fast-paced and thrilling real estate flipping competition. Our flippers are under the gun to buy low, work fast and sell high. But they have one major hurdle to overcome, when they buy a house at auction, they have to move it off the property that day, a task that can be downright dangerous. Once the house is moved to their lot, it's a race against time to get it renovated and ready for auction. Who will turn the biggest profit? Who will gamble it all and lose big? Who will destroy their house mid-move? And who will get their chops busted by their annoying rivals?

Old houses get new addresses as three families compete to truck them away and flip them for profit.

A house on Foster Drive in Lake Worth, Texas, is a quaint stone-clad house with a small addition. Both the Slays and Randy like it. The Slays think it will make a nice hunting cabin while Randy believes he can make money just selling the stone. The Snows think it is more work than it's worth. The bidding gets nasty between the Slays and Randy, but Cody and Suzi eventually win it. Before it can be moved, though, Cody will have to sweat it out and hack off the stone facade by hand. During the renovation, Cody and Suzi butt heads when she wants to add some of her special glam touches to the cabin and Cody wants to make it a manly space. Another house on Huron Trail in Lake Worth is a two bedroom 1960s era house in need of a significant renovation. Only half of the house is salvageable and all the electrical must be replaced. Since Randy can do that kind of work himself, he's much more interested in the house than either of the Snows or Slays. Randy gets the house at a relatively low price. When the Snow sisters heckle Randy about his design and decorating abilities, he hires designer Travis Lewis to help him out. There is tension between Randy and Travis when it is clear Randy wants to save every penny and not spend much on the design. Randy decides to surprise Travis with a unique decoration that he found.

Cody drops a bid for a tiny backyard barn but getting it to the renovation lot takes a radical house move. Randy wins a weird square building with prison-size windows and he has ideas for an open-plan, loft-style remodel

Randy finds a great house at an auction, but is hesitant to spend more money to update it, leaving Travis to convince him otherwise. Elsewhere, Toni grabs a small tin grain silo, much to Donna's chagrin.

The Snow sisters discover their new purchase has been partially gutted and needs a bit of work to reconfigure the interior floor plan. On top of other issues, the Master Suite is currently accessed only through another bedroom. Their solution is to create a hallway through a back bedroom and use the remainder of the space as a laundry room. When they find an old piano in the house, they are inspired to create a country melody design theme.

The Young Guns score a house that used to be a church, then they're called out of town, and cousin Casey takes over; Donna and Toni transform a one-room service building into a cottage retreat.

The sisters tackle their dad's childhood home.

Casey lands a neglected house that must be cut in two to be moved, but a Twister nearly destroys one of the halves.

The Snows nab a vintage 80-foot-long passenger train car from a nearby city. They can't wait to save this piece of history from the scrapyard by transforming it into a cozy home, but the challenge will be turning this empty shell into a one-bedroom, one-bath home while maintaining its original character.

When Donna and Toni score two houses from the same lot, they're ready to make some major profit, but after looking at the scope of work for both houses, they realize this might be a two-team job. To solve the problem, the sisters call their friends Jordan and Michelle Olgletree to help with the remodels. The Snows tackle the fishing cabin while the Olgletrees take on the two-bedroom house with no hallway.

Casey and Catrina win a home with lots of charm and curb appeal, but once they look inside, they find it has been completely gutted. They must design a floor plan that will bring the interior appeal up to that of the cute exterior. Across town, Randy wins a large two-bedroom house at auction and has a catastrophe of his own.

In the Season 5 premiere, Randy lands a house inflicted with termite damage and a lack of bathrooms, but Lone Wolf unearths some positives that make the project worthwhile.

The sisters land a large home that needs to be modernized and Casey and Catrina use a contemporary theme to spice up their build.

Gary's girls score big and win a 27-foot grain bin and immediately begin planning their renovation. Also: Randy misses a crucial deadline that makes a seemingly perfect flip go wrong.

Inspired by its tall ceilings and large rooms, Gary's Girls bring an old craftsman-style home back to its former glory. Their charm-saving design includes cased openings, crown molding and built-in shelving. Meanwhile, the Snows are knee-deep in knotty pine and plan to refuse as much of it as possible. Inside, they create a more functional floor plan while keeping the home's original country charm.

Randy wins a huge house at auction and brings Casey in to help turn it into a bed and breakfast-style home at the request of a potential buyer. To create a unique experience for each guest, he plans different features and designs for each room.

Casey and Catrina don't see eye to eye on some of the design elements but eventually end up with a stunning family home complete with custom touches.

H.D. Snow calls on his family to renovate a couple of storage houses; Donna and Toni take one house while Gary's Girls take the other as the friendly family competition begins; both teams make plans to reuse some of the homes' existing contents.
