Series synopsis
Inbound Troubles, also known as 老表，你好嘢！ is a comedy drama television series that premiered on TVB Jade on January 14, 2013. It ended on February 8, 2013. It was created by Wong Wai-Sing. It stars Roger Kwok Chun-On, Angela Tong Ying-Ying, Wong Cho-Lam and Joey Man Yee-Man.
Aiming to become the best tour guide in the industry, Ng Ka-yee sets up a travel agency with his girlfriend Szema Shuk-ching but he goes bankrupt and owes a huge debt after being cheated by others. Ka-yee wishes to pass the last few months of bankruptcy peacefully and start a new chapter with Shuk-ching after marriage. However, Shuk-ching falls in love with his best friend Ching Siu-shan and Ka-yee is devastated. During this time, Ka-yee runs into the newly immigrated social worker Yik Suet-fei, ...
Premise
Aiming to become the best tour guide in the industry, Ng Ka-yee sets up a travel agency with his girlfriend Szema Shuk-ching but he goes bankrupt and owes a huge debt after being cheated by others. Ka-yee wishes to pass the last few months of bankruptcy peacefully and start a new chapter with Shuk-ching after marriage. However, Shuk-ching falls in love with his best friend Ching Siu-shan and Ka-yee is devastated. During this time, Ka-yee runs into the newly immigrated social worker Yik Suet-fei, his Dongguan cousin Choi Sum who dreams to be a singer in Hong Kong and the old singer Monrole who is looking for free meals everywhere. In addition, his younger sister Ng Chi-ching also returns to Hong Kong by lying to him that she has completed her master's degree in Taiwan already. Different cultures and lifestyles between Hong Kong and mainland China create family farce every day.

Episode 2 SOPHIA decides to put SUM up at home, to which YEE is strongly opposed. Despite YEE’s objection, SOPHIA is not going to change her mind. YEE’s younger sister CHI-CHING is currently out of town, so SUM is advised to put up at her bedroom tentatively. YEE asks SHAN to take care of SUM alongside the rest of the tourists, while he himself will have to get disguised in shabby clothes before meeting the bankruptcy administrator. The bankruptcy administrator concerned is going on maternity leave very soon, and YEE’s case will be taken over by another official named SUNG WAI-CHIU. CHIU considers that YEE’s shabby appearance is so full of flaws that it cannot truly reflect his financial status. YEE runs into FEI again but the pair get trapped in the lift shortly afterwards. CHING forces the tourists to stay in a jewelry shop in an industrial district, but SUM just manages to get the holidaymakers out of the shop by stratagem.… ... |

Episode 3 CHING throws a hard object at YEE, but it is SHAN who ends up being injured. CHING refuses to forgive YEE and goes off in a huff. SUM wonders how YEE has gone bankrupt, so SHAN points out what has happened to YEE and CHING over the years. SUM and SHAN proceed to discuss how to help CHING. SHAN believes that the only way out is to expose another big scandal in order to distract the public and the media. YEE comes to visit BING-BING and her son, both of whom are new immigrants from China. He offers to treat them to a free day trip around Hong Kong, but is thought by FEI to be trying to con them all over again. CHI-CHING returns home in the middle of the night and is shocked to see SUM resting inside her bedroom. CHI-CHING’s classmate NIP SIU-SIN inadvertently mentions the graduation ceremony, causing SOPHIA and YEE to probe for every single detail of the event.… ... |
