Spiral, also known as Engrenages is a French action & adventure crime drama mystery television series that premiered on Canal+ on December 13, 2005. It ended on October 5, 2020. It was created by Alexandra Clert, Guy-Patrick Sainderichin. It stars Caroline Proust, Audrey Fleurot, Philippe Duclos and Thierry Godard.
This gritty crime drama set in the dark underbelly of Paris follows police officers and lawyers as they investigate and prosecute crimes. Throw any romantic notion of Paris out the window. Crime is dark. The legal system is darker. This is Spiral.
