Series synopsis
Youngers is a British drama television series that premiered on E4 on March 20, 2013. It ended on June 25, 2014. It stars Ade Oyefeso, Calvin Demba, Shavani Cameron and Arinzé Kene.
Set in south-east London based around teenagers and the urban music scene. The series follows a group of friends trying to negotiate their way through teenage life in a world that's more about swagger than straight A's.

But while Yemi’s results open the doors to the college of his dreams, Jay’s results mean a potential future working for his dad. Determined not to become a ‘boiler man’ Jay turns his focus to a local music talent competition called Mic Star. He believes this is the answer for his future. If only he can convince Yemi likewise. On enrolment day for Chairwood, Yemi meets current student Davina, who has an interesting take on Mic Star, and could change Yemi’s mind. |
