“Vanderpump Rules” alums Jax, Brittany and Kristen have all traded in their wild nights at SUR for a suburban life in the Valley. In the series premiere, their couple-friends Danny and Nia are trying to juggle three kids under 2 years old. Jesse and Michelle are navigating the complicated world of being both toddler parents and business partners. When Brittany goes all out, throwing a lavish birthday party for best friend Janet, things take a turn for the worse when the group focuses less on the festivities and begin judging Kristen’s life-altering decisions.

In the aftermath of Janet’s birthday party, Nia is angry about Jax pantsing her husband, Danny, in front of the group. Jesse finds himself in hot water with Kristen and Luke over an inappropriate action. Jax’s guy’s night comes crashing down when he invites a surprise visitor who blindsides Luke. While across town, Kristen unleashes an accusation against Michelle that could ruin their friendship forever.

While everyone turns against Kristen for the accusations she hurled at Michelle during Girl’s Night, Brittany tries to help her understand the impact of her actions. Jax interviews bartenders for his new bar. Jesse and Michelle discover how fractured their relationship really is during their first marital counseling session. Janet and Jason stress about not feeling prepared for their new baby. A lavish Capri-themed dinner party is brought to a halt when Kristen is forced to relive one of the most difficult moments of her life.

As summer approaches, tensions are on the rise in the Valley; Jax and Brittany continue picking up the pieces from their separation; Jesse and Michelle juggle co-parenting their daughter, Isabella, while starting new relationships.

Jax's life comes under tough scrutiny as he's confronted about his recent behavior; he finally admits he's at rock bottom and elects to seek professional help; Zack tries to find stability in his friendship with Brittany.

Michelle and Jesse's divorce takes an ugly turn when a rumor about Michelle begins to spread; Brittany tries to put the pieces of her life back together after Jax checks into a mental health facility; Luke reveals a major life milestone to Danny.

Danny and Nia juggle four under four, while Kristen and Luke don't see eye-to-eye as they transition to first-time parenthood; Brittany tries to get her sparkle back in a new relationship, but Zack worries they're moving too fast; when Kristen and Nia co-host a Sip and See event, Michelle becomes anxious when Jesse's girlfriend Lacy surprisingly shows up.

Lala invites most of the group to celebrate her daughter Sosa's first birthday, leaving some feeling excluded; Janet tries to make amends with a few members of the group; Tom and Michelle's bond continues to grow.

Brittany takes the first step toward regaining her self-confidence with a mommy makeover consultation; Jasmine's growing friendship with Lala is tested on a girls' night out, leaving Michelle in the middle.
