Join Koko, Wilson and Brewster as they learn new skills and life lessons on their quest for many different badges. Brewster and Koko earn their Carwash badges by learning how to wash the dirty train cars. They quickly realise that team work will help them on their quest.

Wilson joins the Chug Patrol, Brewster joins the Chuggineer construction crew and Koko is recruited into the Speed Fleet.

When Harrison breaks down, Koko volunteers to replace him on the night shift, determined to make the fastest run ever. But Vee insists that Wilson and Brewster go too, despite Koko's protests that Brewster will slow them down. Koko races off, teasing Brewster about being a 'slowcoach.' Suddenly she shudders and slows to a stop and Brewster and Wilson overtake.

Wilson is determined to get his Animal Transportation badge by taking Ebo the elephant to his new home in the Safari Park. But the naughty elephant has other ideas! He causes mayhem by throwing fruit and grabbing onto low hanging branches. To top it all, he uses his trunk to uncouple his car and escape! Poor Wilson chases after the mischievous elephant, who leads him down an overgrown track.

Wilson and Koko are having loads of fun racing each other - until Wilson damages his wheel! He's scared of going to the repair shed to get it checked out, so he tries to put on a brave face and ignore the problem - despite Koko and Brewster's protests. When he gives Felix the Farmer and his churns of fresh cream a ride to the market, Wilson's condition worsens.

When Koko sees the pretty design that Lori has painted on Zephie??s face, she decides she wants one too and the two of them compete to see who can get the biggest and best design. Lori??s too busy repainting rolling stock in the automated spray shed to help, so Koko and Zephie decide to paint each other using the paint car.

On the hottest day of the year, when the trainees are going to help Frostini deliver ice cream, there??s a power failure and it looks like all the ice cream will melt! Speedy has an idea: he and Frostini will go to the ice caves in the mountains and bring back ice to keep things cold. Meanwhile, the trainees must look after the refrigerator cars.

Calley is teaching Hoot and Toot how to use the sliding turntable. When she gets called away on an emergency, she asks Brewster to take over the training. The twins find Brewster??s methodical way of teaching a bit boring and make their escape. Brewster chases them all over the depot. The twins accidentally get on the track lift, which sends them straight underground.

Wilson is asked to take Mayor around town but he forgets the passenger car. Hoot & Toot are given a Gold Wheel for delivering a passenger car to Wilson without being asked. Gold Wheels are awards for doing something extra special without being asked. Hoot & Toot try to teach themselves how to use the different wagons to earn another gold wheel but they make a huge mess!

Wilson picks pumpkins for Frostini's harvest festival pumpkin ice cream. Hoot & Toot are Frostini's special helpers too, Wilson doesn't want to share the job. He speeds off with the ice cream and goes so fast the ice cream falls in the stream. There are no pumpkins left! Hoot & Toot get lost in the forest while trying to find cream.

It's a scorching day in Chuggington and there's a Rollo show to parade the latest wagons in front of all the chuggers. Chatsworth directs the chuggers and makes them practice their moves. Hodge can't wait to see latest wagon, he doesn't want to be late for the show but Eddie thinks he's overheating.

Wilson saves Koko from a collapsing mine, proving that he is the brave new hero of the rails.

When Emery breaks down in the forest, it's Chug Patroller Wilson to the rescue.

Koko learns to use how to brake at high speeds and Brewster learns that he has a good eye for track-laying.

Calley worries she doesn't have a specialty, but proves she is a great all-rounder.

Brewster is trapped when he falls into a sinkhole.

Cormac loves to be busy, but with a problem at the docks, he gets increasingly bored, but when Jackman, Asher and Calley are trapped behind a rockfall at the quarry, it's Cormac to the rescue. Cormac tried to lift the large pieces of rock, but they're too heavy, then he saw a big excavator, he used the excavator to smash the pieces of rock to save the Chug Patrollers and save the day.

Koko’s confidence is shaken after she gets in an accident. Scared and second-guessing herself, will she be able to regain her speed in time to help save Wilson and Brewster from trouble?

When Brewster’s hero can’t make it for Hero Day, he and Zephie set off on their own hero duty and learn what makes a real hero along the way.

Wilson is excited about being the new voice of Radio Chuggington, but when the chuggers decide to see a movie over listening to his radio stories, he exaggerates a news story that causes the town to panic!
