Series synopsis
Nekketsu Kouha Kunio-kun, also known as 熱血硬派くにおくん is a Japanese action & adventure drama comedy television series that premiered on NOTTV on September 13, 2013. It ended on December 6, 2013. It was created by Yoshihisa Kishimoto. It stars Takuro Ohno, Kaho Takashima, Yukihiro Takiguchi and Kousuke Hatakeyama.
The mega-hit video game series "Nekketsu Kunio-kun" series has now been adapted into a hot-blooded live-action drama. The game's original settings, such as dodgeball, soccer, and a big athletic meet, are all recreated to bring back the rich variety from the "Kunio-kun" game world. Kunio, a delinquent student, is transferred to Nekketsu High School and dons the sacred "White Uniform", making him a target for all the other delinquent gangs in town.
