Series synopsis
The Alienist is an American drama crime mystery television series that premiered on TNT on January 22, 2018. It ended on August 9, 2020. It was created by Cary Joji Fukunaga. It stars Daniel Brühl, Luke Evans, Dakota Fanning and Matthew Shear.
New York, 1896. Police commissioner Theodore Roosevelt brings together criminal psychologist Dr. Laszlo Kreizler, newspaper illustrator John Moore and secretary Sara Howard to investigate several murders of male prostitutes.
