A.P. Bio is an American comedy television series that premiered on NBC on February 1, 2018. It ended on September 2, 2021. It was created by Michael Patrick O'Brien. It stars Glenn Howerton, Patton Oswalt, Paula Pell and Lyric Lewis.
When disgraced Harvard philosophy scholar Jack Griffin loses out on his dream job, he is forced to return to Toledo, Ohio, and work as a high school Advanced Placement biology teacher.
