Series synopsis
Trackers is a crime drama television series that premiered on Showmax on October 26, 2019. It was created by Robert Thorogood. It stars Ed Stoppard, James Alexander, Sandi Schultz and Rolanda Marais.
Three story strands are interwoven into a sophisticated action-packed thriller that covers the length and breadth of South Africa, explosively colliding in Cape Town in a violent conspiracy involving organized crime, smuggled diamonds, state security, Black Rhinos, the CIA and an international terrorist plot.

Episode 1 Undercover informant Ishmael is shot trying to escape a suspected terror group. The Presidential Bureau of Intelligence agency suspects big plans in motion involving the Stadium. Milla tries to reconnect with her son Barend. Lemmer is flown into the bush and is collected up by a truck. At the border they pickup two rhino and Flea their handler. On the return they escape a gang looking for diamonds. Flea later disappears with the diamonds. |

Episode 3 After shooting Nkunzi, Lemmer steals a car and is pursued by the PBI. Having slept with Becker, Milla is in trouble when he comes to the attention of the PBI. When confronted Becker tells her of the hijacking but denies killing Nkunzi. Shaheed continues to try and pull all the loose ends together. Janina suspects a mole in the PBI. Flea surprises Lemmer. |
