Series synopsis
The Break, also known as La Trêve is a crime drama television series that premiered on La Une on February 21, 2016. It ended on December 9, 2018. It was created by Matthieu Donck. It stars Guillaume Kerbusch, Jasmina Douieb, Sophie Maréchal and Aurélien Caeyman.
The story is set in a small village in the Ardennes, where a young African footballer is found dead. If all clues lead first to suicide, a police officer just arrived from Brussels does not take long to discover that this is a murder.
