Crikey! It's the Irwins

Though Irwin is gone, his spirit is alive in well in the new 14-part Animal Planet series “Crikey! It’s the Irwins,” which premieres globally on Sunday, Oct. 28. Just before the series kicks off, Animal Planet will air a two-hour celebration of the late conservationist, “The Steve Irwin Story.”

It's all Irwins on deck when the zoo closes due to the global pandemic. Terri must race to find funds to keep all the animals fed, while newlyweds Bindi and Chandler jump in, trading their honeymoon for hard work, and Robert faces a risky python rescue.

After months of croc wrangling training with Steve Irwin's best friend Wes, Robert, Steve's son, takes the final step in his journey to feed Graham, a huge crocodile at the zoo's famous Crocoseum.

Hunter the Sumatran tiger is blind and must be sedated for his annual eye check; the keepers prepare young giraffe Scarlett for a road trip to South Australia, reuniting her with family.

The family prepares Croc One, Steve Irwin's research ship, for a mission to release an endangered sea turtle back to the wild; Scarlett the giraffe reunites with her grandmother; Grub the wild echidna is released from the Zoo's Wildlife Hospital.

Robert takes on the challenging task of relocating Bosco, the most aggressive croc at the zoo. Bindi must investigate Forest the giraffe's bad knee problem. Terri helps Harley the koala find love at the end of a difficult breeding season.

Robert gets in the water with Gloria, a 12-foot reticulated python, to swim alongside her for the first time in the Crocoseum. Bindi welcomes home two orphaned kangaroo joeys, while Terri helps release a rescued wedge-tailed eagle back into the wild.

Carrying three baby kangaroos and an emu, the Irwins caravan into the Australian Outback to release the animals on Mourachan, their giant wildlife conservation property. Plans shift when they discover more animals in need of rescue along the way.

After weeks of being closed due to the global pandemic, the Irwins race to prepare for the re-opening of the zoo. Robert helps deliver a litter of newborn tiger cubs, while Bindi handles a sudden crisis at the wildlife hospital.

Bindi and the family plan an emotional surprise for Terri in the Crocoseum. Chandler must step up during the croc show, while Robert gets hands-on with the zoo’s newest members – three adorable tiger cubs.

After historical wildfires rip through Australia, the Irwins race to rescue as many animals as possible. Robert and Terri jump in to help the severely injured koala population, while Bindi and the wildlife hospital rescue hundreds of baby flying foxes.

History is made at the Australia Zoo when Robert and team attempt the largest alligator capture and relocation; koala breeding takes a tough turn for Bindi and the Wildlife Hospital; Terri gives the Sumatran elephants more space to roam.

Robert handles an aggressive wombat called Bunker, and it's moving day for a giant anaconda called Nikki; Terri helps treat hundreds of lorikeets injured by a hailstorm; Later, Robert and Chandler team up to bake a special treat for the Irwin ladies.

Terri responds to the call when Daniel, a very special wallaby, becomes severely injured and cannot walk; Robert and Chandler catch some waves before taking a road trip to pick up a new Komodo dragon; Bindi checks in on Tallbert the giraffe calf.
