Series synopsis
New Bride, also known as Yeni Gelin is a Turkish comedy drama family television series that premiered on Show TV on March 11, 2017. It ended on November 24, 2018. It was created by Ersoy Güler. It stars Jessica May, Tolga Mendi, Mustafa Avkıran and Sema Keçik.
Bella, a modern educated Spanish-Turkish girl, falls for Hazar — heir to a deeply traditional Anatolian tribe. After a whirlwind romance and wedding against both families' wishes, reality hits hard the morning after: as the new bride, Bella is expected to be a silent obedient maid at the bottom of the family hierarchy. Her fiery modern spirit clashing with tribal traditions drives all the comedy and drama.
