Series synopsis
The Chosen One, also known as El elegido is a drama sci-fi & fantasy television series that premiered on Netflix on August 16, 2023. It ended on August 16, 2023. It was created by Jorge Dorantes, Everardo Gout, Leopoldo Gout. It stars Bobby Luhnow, Dianna Agron, Lilith Curiel and Juanito Anguamea.
After surviving a freak accident, Jodie, a twelve-year-old boy from Santa Rosalía, Baja California Sur, discovers that he has Jesus-like powers: He can turn water into wine, make the crippled walk, and perhaps even raise the dead. How will he deal with his destiny and lead the world through a conflict that’s been thousands of years in the making?
Premise

He orders her to find Angelina's replacement with the help of Enzo so that neither Lucia nor the Chosen One die. Eva is told that she will see the truth and the Chosen One changes the schedule for the children of the village so that Eva can witness what will happen. Santiago's background is shown and we better understand why he is hostile, cruel and angry all the time. |
