Brigadoon: Marin & Melan, also known as BRIGADOON まりんとメラン is a Japanese action & adventure animation comedy sci-fi & fantasy television series that premiered on WOWOW Prime on July 21, 2000. It ended on February 9, 2001. It stars Ayaka Saito, Hikaru Midorikawa, Yuji Takada and Rikako Aikawa.
When the planet Brigadoon appears in the sky, Marin is attacked by weird mecha called Monomakia. In an old shrine, she finds an ampoule that contains Melan, an angular blue mecha who swears to defend her.
