Series synopsis
Onigiri is a Japanese action & adventure animation television series that premiered on BS Fuji on April 7, 2016. It ended on July 14, 2016. It stars Aina Suzuki, Eriko Matsui, Suzuko Mimori and Izumi Kitta.
Onigiri thrusts its players into mystical Japan, a land filled with mythical creatures of Japanese legend. Starting as a lone Oni, players fight against the malevolent influence of the Kamikui as their miasma spreads over the land. 8 NPCs, each with their own distinct personality and skills, ally themselves with the player to help build a legend, and quell the evil that has arisen. As you grow stronger together, so do the bonds binding you to each other.
Premise

The Curtain Raises on Onigiri While arguing over who will deliver the final blow, Shizuka Gozen and the party are attacked and dispersed. Yoshitsune and Shizuka arrive in Satsuma, where they battle a group of Kamikui. While eradicating the Kamikui, Shizuka attempts to use a secret weapon, which is detected as a defective tool, resulting in her account being suspended for a week. |

Pandora's Box Shizuka Gozen and Yoshitsune arrive in Chikuho, where they meet Ibaraki Douji. They end up helping a girl make a Pi-Yoko for the Kamikui hunt. Ibaraki's attempt at using a secret weapon once again results in his account being suspended for another week. |
