Big White Duel, also known as 白色強人 is a drama television series that premiered on TVB Jade on June 10, 2019. It ended on August 2, 2022. It was created by Marco Wing-Yin Law. It stars Roger Kwok Chun-On, Kenneth Ma Kwok-Ming, Nancy Wu Ting-Yan and Ali Lee.

Episode 1 Marshall Paxton Hospital CE Yeung Yat-to puts forward Opening Up of the Drug Formulary Bill in LegCo, and he has also invited tuberous sclerosis complex patient Chiu Yuen-lan to share her experience. But oncologist Ip Ching simply opposes the bill. Yuen-lan abruptly passes out. Dr Lee Man-shun has a traffic accident, and he and some public light bus driver are taken to MarsPax. Dr Lui Oi-ling forces her ex-boyfriend Man-shun to act as assistant surgeon. While Yat-to removes blood clots in the brain for Yuen-lan, her lung tumor abruptly ruptures and bleeds. Ip Ching comes forward to offer help. Yat-to is not sure whether Deputy CE Tong Ming and Ip Ching should perform collaborative surgery. Meanwhile, Oi-ling and Man-shun attempt to extract splinters from the cervical spine and repair some artery for the public light bus driver. |

Episode 2 Issues keep cropping up after Yat-to arranged for Yuen-lan to attend LegCo. Dr Wan Ming-cheung, Chairman of MDA, persuades Yat-to to put the bill on the back burner. Tong Ming and Zoe So are reunited. Tong Ming then really wants to again bring up the topic of marriage with Zoe So. But Zoe So will only reconsider getting married after her girlfriend returns safely. Man-shun joins the MarsPax team and then promptly shows off his skills in A&E. But Oi-ling covertly feels uneasy. Ip Ching approaches Yat-to and claims seven Cluster CEs invariably oppose the bill. While Yat-to feels disheartened, Yuen-lan is in critical condition. Ip Ching braves the rain to look for Yuen-lan’s daughter in the hope that she could still have a chance to see her mother. On the pretext of something to do with Yuen-lan’s daughter, TNN Director Cheung Ting holds Yat-to accountable. Ip Ching approaches Tong Ming and claims she can help Yat-to overcome this hurdle. |

Episode 3 Ip Ching thinks she can use Yat-to’s career prospects to force Tong Ming to submit. Tong Ming simply turns down Ip Ching’s offer. Yat-to asks Cheung Ting why she keeps picking on him. He also tells her even if he steps down, he will not let Ip Ching oversee prescriptions in relation to rare diseases. Ip Ching meets up with the Secretary for Health Chong Ho-bun, and she also wants to obtain some specific remedy for Yuen-lan’s daughter Fong Man. Some boy, who is Zoe So’s patient, probably suffers from food poisoning and has been feeling unwell. His body temperature abruptly surges during surgery. While Tong Ming goes with Yat-to to attend a disciplinary hearing, Zoe So promptly asks Man-shun for help. During the hearing, Tong Ming testifies for Yat-to. Ming-cheung tells Yat-to the hearing results, and he also declares Ip Ching is taking the helm of MarsPax. |
