Great Dangaioh, also known as 破邪巨星Gダンガイオー is a Japanese animation comedy action & adventure television series that premiered on tv asahi on April 5, 2001. It ended on July 5, 2001. It was created by Toshiki Hirano. It stars Masumi Asano, Ayako Kawasumi, Chihiro Suzuki and Manabi Mizuno.

Great Dangaioh is related to Dangaioh. Although initially it appears to be an unconnected series reusing similar plot concepts, late in the series it is revealed that Great Dangaioh is, in fact, a sequel to the original OVA.
