Ali and her husband Justin, an unlikely Los Angeles couple who has accumulated close to 10,000 items in their home, agree to this 21-day experience hoping to assess and adjust their priorities. A career-driven fashion stylist, with a penchant for all things designer, Ali is often at odds with the more frugal Justin, an accountant with his sights set on growing their family. Now free from distraction and more vulnerable than ever, they are left to focus on each other and contemplate their future.

Three best friends all in their 30s are living a free-spirited Hollywood lifestyle while still chasing their respective dreams. They choose to give up all their possessions hoping to bond through a challenging experience but along they way they discover surprising things about themselves, their career paths and their relationships with each other.

Fitness model, Ariana, and her school teacher boyfriend, Ryan, have their relationship put to an intense test. In the end, they must decide if their bond is strong enough to make it.
