Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu

Kai grew up dreaming of becoming a blacksmith like his father. But that was before skeleton warriors ransacked his village and abducted his sister Nya. Now he's training to become a ninja master of spinjitzu in this Lego martial arts saga.

Long ago, the Four Golden Weapons of Spinjitzu were created by a great warrior who created Ninjago, the First Spinjitzu Master. When he passed away, his sons were tasked with protecting them but the older brother was consumed by evil and became Lord Garmadon, determined to use the weapons to reshape Ninjago in his own image. Sensei Wu was forced to banish his brother to the Underworld and hide the four weapons with dragons as guardians. However, Lord Garmadon has recruited an army of skeletons to find the map that will lead them to the four weapons. Sensei Wu needs Kai, Zane, Cole and Jay to use Spinjitzu and the Tornado of Creation to find the weapons first. Only then will the world be safe.

A solitary wanderer meets Kai, a young sword-maker, and his sister Nia in their small farming village right before a terrifying skeleton army arrives, ransacking their shop. The army takes a map hidden by their father years ago and Nia! The wanderer turns out to be Sensei Wu, an old friend of their father's. He promises to help Kai find his sister, but first Kai must become a ninja and master the art of spinjitzu. Kai begins his training and soon meets Sensei Wu's other ninja's, who realize they've all been recruited for very specific skill sets. Long ago, four weapons of spinjitzu were created by a great warrior. When he passed, his sons were tasked with protecting them. However, the older brother, Lord Garmadon, wanted to use the weapons for his own powerful and evil intents. Sensei Wu was forced to banish his brother to the Underworld and hide the four weapons with dragons as guardians.

The ninjas are snapped out of their post-hero complacency when Lord Garmadon's son Lloyd shows up and tries to pick up where his father left off.

Back in training mode with the looming threat of Lloyd and the Hypnobrai, Zane wanders after a Falcon and lands himself in a heap of trouble.

Lloyd unlocks a second tribe, the Fangpyres, to help him regain control. The ninjas take action when the Fangpyres attack Jay's family's village.

Just as the rebuilding effort in Ninjago begins, the four ninjas realize Lord Garmadon has forged the ninjas' lost Golden Weapons into a mega-weapon.

When Garmadon accidentally brings to life the ruthless Captain Soto and his pirates, it's up to the ninjas to stop them from plundering Ninjago City.

When our heroes are invited back to Darkly's Boarding School, they discover it's a trap set up by Lord Garmadon and his evil replica ninjas.

In the wake of Overlord's defeat, Ninjago City is reborn and the ninjas teach at Sensei Wu's academy. But the peace doesn't last long.

After being pursued to Sensei Garmadon's monastery by the Nindroids, the ninjas sneak back into Ninjago City under the guise of a circus train.

Zane gives up half his power to save P.I.X.A.L. just as foes attack from all sides. Meanwhile, Lloyd and his father travel to Hiroshi's Labyrinth.

After discovering that Zane may still be alive, the ninjas learn that they must compete in a Tournament of Champions if they wish to see him again.

The team learns about Jade Blades and other secrets of the Tournament of Champions. Karlof is eliminated from the competition.

The contests begin, and soon Cole is forced to battle with Jay. Zane regains his memory with help from P.I.X.A.L.

Morro possesses Lloyd and uses him to infiltrate the tea shop and attack the other ninja, who have mysteriously lost their powers.

After learning that Wu's staff holds a clue to the First Spinjitu Master's tomb, the ninja go to Stiix to retrieve the stolen Airjitzu scrolls.

While Wu trains Nya in her new water powers, the ninja plot to steal the Airjitzu scrolls from Ronin but find that they must first fight Morro.

The ninjas find themselves going from famous heroes to hunted villains when someone impersonates them and commits crimes all over Ninjago City.

While Nadakhan schemes to steal the Realm Crystal, the fugitive ninjas are pursued by Ronin, who has been hired by the police to track them down.

Falsely imprisoned, the ninjas meet a fellow captive who knows of a rare venom that can stop a Djinn like Nadakhan, but it's only found on one island.

Master Wu engages in a fight left unfinished decades ago against Acronix, one of the twin Hands of Time. The ninjas try to rescue him.

The ninjas learn more about fallen Elemental Masters, Krux and Acronix, and discover they have a new enemy.

Kai uses a Vermillion Warrior helmet to uncover information about Krux, while Lloyd struggles as a master-in-training and Nya tries to reboot Zane.

After he loses the Mask of Deception to a new villain, Lloyd reunites the scattered ninjas.

Lloyd befriends the spirited Princess Harumi, but an explosive attack by the Sons of Garmadon results in another relic lost and her parents missing.

The ninjas seek the Sons of Garmadon by interrogating a captured gang member and going undercover at a karaoke bar.

Lloyd hides from the occupying forces of Emperor Garmadon and Harumi, while Young Wu and the ninjas are marooned in the Realm of Oni and Dragon.

Iron Baron banishes Jay, Kai and Zane to doom in an arena against a dragon. In Ninjago, Lloyd assembles a rebel group of Elemental Fighters.

The ninjas are caged and used as bait to lure a dragon. Lloyd and his resistance fighters hijack a TV station to broadcast a message of hope.

Faith arrives with news of an invasion, forcing Lloyd to consider making Lord Garmadon an ally.

Despite their grave doubts, the ninjas free Lord Garmadon from Kryptarium Prison so that he and Lloyd can enter the cloud of darkness.

The team pays a terrible price when they attempt to rescue Lloyd and Lord Garmadon, who discover the Oni's weakness while battling the Omega.

In the wake of a previous victory, the ninjas go soft — leaving Master Wu to remind them of who they truly are.

The ninjas search for a quest to reignite their Spinjitzu training; unfortunately, Ninjago City is enjoying a period of rare tranquility.

The ninjas take a road trip through the Desert of Doom, a region supposedly inhabited by a giant scarab beetle.
