Guardians of the Dafeng, also known as 大奉打更人 is a Chinese drama action & adventure comedy mystery television series that premiered on CCTV-8 on December 28, 2024. It ended on January 18, 2025. It was created by Deng Ke. It stars Dylan Wang, Tian Xiwei, Liu Yijun and Yan Zidong.
Xu Qi’an, a recent police academy graduate, awakens in a strange world filled with Confucians, Taoists, Buddhists, demons, and warlocks. Facing imminent exile to a remote frontier town, he seizes the chance to change his fate by joining a powerful organization of guardians.
