Series synopsis
Protocol: Rain, also known as 僕らの雨いろプロトコル is a Japanese animation comedy drama television series that premiered on HTB on October 8, 2023. It ended on December 24, 2023. It stars Kensho Ono, Sora Amamiya, Inori Minase and Momo Asakura.
Shun Tokinoya is a high school sophomore who works at the FOX ONE e-sports cafe. He gives up his passion for gaming after losing his father in an accident. Upon hearing the cafe is in debt, Shun puts his guilt aside and assembles a team to compete in the Xaxxerion Championship. Together they face stiff competition to win the prize money. Premise
