Actress and television personality Jodie Sweetin ("Fuller House") plays for The Scleroderma Research Foundation vs. actor Frankie Muniz ("Malcolm in the Middle"), playing for the State Forty Eight Foundation; and gold medal-winning Olympic gymnast Laurie Hernandez plays both for the Alzheimer's Association and OneMind.org vs. five-time Olympic Medalist Nastia Liukin, playing for the Special Olympics.

Former "Beverly Hills 90210" sweethearts "Kelly" and "Steve" go note-to-note: Actress Jennie Garth, playing for the Equus Foundation vs. Actor Ian Ziering, playing for The Epidermolysis Bullosa Medical Research Foundation; and Grammy Award-winning artist Shaggy, playing for the Shaggy Make a Difference Foundation vs. Actress/Director Kim Fields ("The Upshaws"), playing for Back On My Feet.

In a thrilling game of By Request these two entertainment powerhouses battle it out in a highly competitive, highly entertaining showdown. The laughter, surprises, and big money prizes continue as Joey, a realtor from Charlotte, North Carolina goes head-to-head with Valerie, an Associate Director of Financial Aid from Staten Island, NY. A round of Remix'd puts their love of music to the test but it's the ultimate challenge Bid-A-Note that decides who will make it through to the Golden Medley to win thousands in prize money.

Charles, a marketing manager from Long Beach, CA faces off with Missy, a realtor from Lexington, KY. These two larger-than-life characters waste no time in giving entertaining performances in the first round, By Request. The big money ratchets up in round 2; Bid A Note where a mixture of strategy and music knowledge opens the door for one of these players to go for the $100,000 jackpot in the Golden Medley final round. In game two Rebecca a finance manager from Gilbert, AZ, and Amy, who works in marketing insights in Dallas, TX go head-to-head in the first round Spin Me Round. Every correct answer wins $1,000 and it's a close competition as the players go into Round 2; Bid A Note. The big money is looming as both players go all out to be the one to go through to the Golden Medley.

Maria, a non-profit coordinator from San Antonio, TX, and Josh, an event manager from Chicago, IL face off in game one. In game two Carie, a Customer Service Agent from Seattle, WA plays against Chinedu, a Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner from Dallas, TX.
