Series synopsis
Seconds, also known as Sekunnit is a documentary television series that premiered on Yle TV1 on April 4, 2024. It was created by Roope Lehtinen, Laura Suhonen, Mikko Pöllä. It stars Mikko Kauppila, Leena Pöysti, Hanna Vahtikari and Meri Nenonen.
Seconds from Disaster is a US/UK-produced documentary television programme that investigates historically relevant man-made and natural disasters of the 20th century. Each episode aims to explain a single incidental by analyzing the causes and circumstances that ultimately effected the disaster. The program uses re-enactments, interviews, testimonies, and CGI to analyze the sequence of events second-by-second for the audience.

Premise

JAL123 mysteriously crashed just after take-off into a remote mountainside. Through thorough investigation, it's learned that wear and tear on small repairs caused the untimely death of the 520 people on board. |
