Little Mosque on the Prairie is a Canadian comedy television series that premiered on CBC Television on January 9, 2007. It ended on April 2, 2012. It was created by Zarqa Nawaz. It stars Debra McGrath, Derek McGrath, Neil Crone and Sitara Hewitt.
The series focuses on the Muslim community in the fictional prairie town of Mercy, Saskatchewan (population 14,000).
