Series synopsis
El-Atawla, also known as العتاولة is a drama television series that premiered on MBC MASR on March 11, 2024. It was created by Hisham Hilal. It stars Ahmed Al Saqqa, Tarek Lotfy, Zeina and Mai Kassab.
Set against the streets of Alexandria, The Porters follows Nassar, a seasoned thief who falls in love and resolves to leave his criminal past behind. But walking away proves far more dangerous than staying — as former allies, rivals, and family close in on him from all sides. Starring Ahmed El Sakka and Tarek Lotfy, it's a gritty, fast-paced crime drama built on betrayal, brotherhood, and the cost of trying to change.
