10 Years On The Devil's Island, also known as Şeytan Adası'nda Esir Türk: Polis Cemil is a Turkish drama war & politics television series that premiered on tabii on April 10, 2025. It was created by Nihal Ağırbaş Sarıkaya. It stars Gürbey İleri, Melisa Berberoğlu, Levent Sülün and Betigül Ceylan.
Part documentary and part fiction, this story brings to life the memories of one of the heroes of the Turkish War of Liberation. During İstanbul's occupation by the Western forces, Ottoman police officer Cemil clashes with French soldiers, resulting in his being handed over to the occupier courts and sentenced to many years in prison. Premise
