Physical: Welcome to Mongolia, also known as 피지컬: 웰컴 투 몽골 is a South Korean reality television series that premiered on Netflix on December 24, 2025. It was created by Jang Ho-gi, Baek Seon-hye. It stars Kim Dong-hyun, Amotti and Orkhonbayar Bayarsaikhan.
After completing the gruelling "Physical: Asia" finale, Team Mongolia leads their Korean teammates on a Mongolian trip of outdoor challenges and culture.
