Jennifer Hudson gets emotional as "The Jennifer Hudson Show" premieres on what just so happens to be her 41st birthday. The EGOT-winning star delivers a heartfelt speech and gets a surprise from the studio audience.

Hudson will chat with NBA legend Magic Johnson, followed by an interview and performance by Mickey Guyton, the first Black female solo artist to earn a GRAMMY nomination in a country category.

Comedian and Emmy Award-nominated actress from the hit series "Insecure" Yvonne Orji will join Hudson in-studio.

Jennifer welcomes superfan couple Traci and Pat Jean-Baptiste, from Los Angeles, CA who had a surprise special guest, Jennifer Hudson, show up on their wedding day, creating a moment that they'll never forget. Plus, Jennifer sits down with Tiare Lawrence from Lahaina, HI who recently gained national attention for her philanthropic work after the devastating Maui Fires.

"The Voice" coaches Gwen Stefani and Niall Horan join Hudson in-studio to talk about Season 24.

Peloton instructor Cody Rigsby will join Jennifer to discuss his book Xoxo, Cody: An Opinionated Homosexual's Guide to Self-Love, Relationships, and Tactful Pettiness. Jennifer also welcomes Nina Wiley from Kansas City, MO, whose story went viral after her SKIMS bodysuit saved her life. On New Year's Eve, Nina was caught in the crossfires of a shooting outside of a local club and she was shot four times. Due to heavy holiday traffic, paramedics were delayed getting Nina to the hospital and Nina says her SKIMS bodysuit helped compress her wounds and kept her from excessively bleeding out.

Angela Bassett of 9-1-1 stops by. Next, the MUSYCA Youth Choir of Los Angeles, California, performs in-studio. Jennifer then welcomes Sherllay Debe Petion from Cape Coral, Florida, who gave birth to her daughter, Bithiah, at 35 weeks in the back seat of a rideshare. With her husband away, Sherllay called a rideshare to get to the hospital but went into labor en route. The driver pulled over, and Bithiah was born under a Miami highway during rush hour. Sherllay wrote in to thank the two female officers who helped her that day.

Marlon Wayans joins Jennifer in the studio to discuss his "Wild Child" comedy tour and more. Jennifer then welcomes 5-year-old drill team captain Kenzley Reign of Sophisticated Sounds & Steppers Drill Team & Drum Squad from Los Angeles, California.

Leslie Jones stops by to talk about her comedy tour. Jennifer welcomes 6-year-old Alaya Armbrister from Broward County, Florida. Alaya won the 400 meters gold at the 2024 AAU Nationals, making her the fastest 6-year-old in the country. Her viral race videos have been shared by ESPN SportsCenter celebrities, and even Olympic athletes. Fans already line up for photos with her at meets. Her dad and coach, DeAndre, noticed her talent at age 3, and Alaya dreams of competing in the Olympics one day.

Jennifer launches Season 4 with an exclusive interview with Grammy-winning rap superstar Cardi B, who stops by to discuss her highly anticipated new album, "Am I the Drama?" Then, Jennifer welcomes Kevin Berthia and retired California Highway Patrol Sergeant Kevin Briggs. Sergeant Briggs met Berthia after he talked him down from a ledge, and an image from that day went viral. The two reconnected eight years later when Sergeant Briggs was honored by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention for his years of exceptional service. They have since formed a deep friendship and now travel the country as advocates to raise awareness for mental health and suicide prevention. Plus, musical artist Charles Jones visits Jennifer.

Singer-songwriter and actress Reneé Rapp joins Jennifer to talk about her recent album "Bite Me." Then, Reneé performs her song "I Think I Like You Better When You're Gone." Jennifer welcomes Milaj Robinson and his mother Lakeya Harris from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The two recently went viral for a video of Milaj honoring his mom at his graduation for all the sacrifices she made to help him get to where he is today.

Actor Josh Duhamel talks about his upcoming film "London Calling." Then, "Dancing with the Stars" judge and new host of "Extra" Derek Hough stops by! Jennifer also welcomes Ralmon McAfee and his 11-year-old daughter, Ma'Kynzeigh, from Houston, Texas. Ralmon made headlines after he posted a vulnerable video of himself watching Ma'Kynzeigh get several academic awards at her school graduation ceremony, breaking the stigma that men's emotions are a sign of weakness.
