Series synopsis
Pride is an American comedy drama television series that premiered on FX on May 14, 2021. It ended on May 21, 2021. It stars Angelica Ross, Raquel Willis, Ceyenne Doroshow and Alia Shawkat.
Alana is a talented trainee chef at a restaurant in the capital. The girl is confronted with her father's demand to return home to Ossetia and get married. She comes up with a plan: to bring the "unsuccessful groom" from Moscow to his homeland, so that his father would reject him. Max, a dreamy bartender who was left homeless after a quarrel with his parents, becomes a random candidate. He agrees to participate in the marriage adventure, not even suspecting the consequences.
