Series synopsis
Family Matter, also known as موضوع عائلي is a comedy family drama television series that premiered on MBC Shahid on November 25, 2021. It ended on January 22, 2025. It was created by Ahmed El Gendy, Karim Youssef, Mohamed Ezz El Din. It stars Maged El Kedwany, Rana Raeis, Taha Desouky and Samaa Ibrahem.
Ibrahim is a set-in-his-ways man who is blindsided on his birthday when he's forced to become the legal guardian of a daughter he never knew — a young woman who is equally reluctant to have him in her life. What begins as an awkward obligation slowly transforms both of them. Starring Maged El Kedwany, this warm comedy-drama about absent fathers, second chances and unexpected family bonds ran for multiple seasons on Shahid.
Premise
