Last week Courtney blew us away and Sam surprised everyone so Cassandra, Curtly and Denise will be dancing for their lives in the first elimination round. Who will use their jazz hands to wave goodbye?

Strap on your dancing shoes and shine your sequins! Dancing With The Stars is back and ready to jump and jive its way onto screens tonight's the sparkly season premiere.

Will the hard work in the rehearsal studio pay off or will this be their last dance? When the bottom two is revealed, the judges will be left to make the heartbreaking decision of who goes home.

Emotions run high as our celebrities step out on the dancefloor to tell the story behind the most influential, and life-changing year of their lives.

Season Five opens with the first of two nights of performances. Tonight is ladies night as this year's six female celebrities perform either the cheeky Cha Cha or the sophisticated Foxtrot.

On this second night of performances, the men will dance either the Cha Cha or the Foxtrot.

The first celebrity is voted off. Who will stay and who will go? Dolly Parton and Tap dancing legend Savion Glover perform.

This is the two hour season premiere of season six of Dancing With The Stars. The celebrity dancers and their professional partners are introduced. The men dance either the Cha Cha or the Foxtrot.

The women perform either the Cha Cha or the Fox Trot.

This is the last performance show before the double elimination show, when two will go home. The men and women performed either the Quickstep or the Mambo.

Celebrities Lance Bass, Toni Braxton, Brooke Burke, Rocco DiSpirito, Maurice Greene, Kim Kardashian, Cloris Leachman, Cody Linley, Susan Lucci, Misty May-Treanor, Ted McGinley, Jeffrey Ross and Warren Sapp compete.

One team is eliminated; the remaining 12 teams perform a second dance for the panel of judges.

One dancing team is eliminated; the Jonas Brothers and Jesse McCartney perform.

Season eight begins with an all new set of dancers and an all-new feature in which a dance off will be held between the bottom 2 couples facing elimination during the early rounds.

Week two of performances finds the contestants dancing the salsa or the quickstep.

The results from the first round are revealed. Jewel (who was forced to leave the show due to an injury) joins the show for a song, along with Big Bad Voodoo Daddy. Also included is a Busby Berkley inspired from choreographer Michael Rooney, plus the seasons first dance off held between the lowest scoring two couples.

The new cast of the tenth season of Dancing With The Stars is showcased. Eleven new stars and their Pro Dancer partners perform either the Viennese Waltz or the Cha Cha.

In the second week of the competition the stars will bring the Jive or the Foxtrot onto the dance floor.

Dancing with the stars returns with a new group of stars ready to take to the dance floor. Couples dance the Viennese Waltz or the Cha-Cha this week.

One couple is eliminated from the competition. Special guest performances and dancing round out the evening.

The remaining eleven couples perform for America's votes and the judge's scores.

Eleven celebrity stars of season 12 are showcased. In the two hour premiere the celebrity stars and their pro dancer partners will perform either the Foxtrot or the Cha Cha Cha.

In the second week the couples will dance either the Quickstep or the Jive. Pairs, who have performed a Ballroom Dance last week will perform Latin and vice versa.

The couples perform for the first time.

Exciting moments from the contestants' first performances and their weeks of training. And the couple with the lowest score face elimination; Harry Connick Jr. performs; LMFAO performs.

It's all about the Jive and the Quickstep as the 11 remaining stars take to the stage to show us their latest dancing moves in a fast-paced Week 2

In the 14th-season opener, 12 couples perform either the fox-trot or the cha-cha. Competitors include Gladys Knight, Melissa Gilbert, Jack Wagner, Donald Driver, Martina Navratilova and Gavin DeGraw.

In the season opener, previous contestants return and perform the cha-cha or the fox-trot. Competitors include Kirstie Alley, Emmitt Smith, Bristol Palin, Drew Lachey and Shawn Johnson.

Seventeenth Season Premiere. The couples will perform a Cha Cha, Foxtrot or Contemporary routine. In the new format the show is transitioned to a one night two hour show. The judge's scores will be combined with the votes of the previous week.

Episode 2 of Dancing with the Stars - Season 17.

Past competitor Erin Andrews returns as the new co-host for season 18. R2D2 makes an appearance as Billy Dee Williams dances to a Star Wars medley opposite a pair of storm troopers and Ewoks.

One couple starts the show safe this week but the rest face a double elimination. Couples perform dances secretly chosen by the stars.

Robin Roberts joins the judges panel for this week's competition as couples perform dances inspired by the stars most memorable years. Injuries claim their first victim as Billy Dee Williams is unable to perform and is disqualified.

Julianne Hough returns to the show as a fourth judge and four new pros join the cast. But the new quirky stars steal the show.

Smokey Robinson performs; a couple is eliminated.

The couples perform a variety of dances, including the cha cha, the rumba, and the foxtrot, for the judges.
