While trying to save her friend Aarohi, Dr. Palak gets a glimpse of the future heir of Noon Pharmaceuticals, Ritwik Noon. Some time passes and at a grand celebration at the Noon house, Palak crosses paths with Ritwik again. He quickly becomes the most hated man in Palak's life, as he ruins an emotion very close to her heart.

Ritwik Noon loves his family, but hates women. Could his painful past be a reason? Palak is a diligent medical professional who doesn't work under any influence. When Noon Pharmaceuticals' file reaches her desk for approval, even Ritwik Noon himself is not able to get her to approve.
