It's been 7 years since The Hills, and Kristin is now married to retired NFL quarterback Jay Cutler, living in Nashville with their three kids, and she's about to open a store for her jewelry line. Running the company out of her house is causing headaches with her marriage, and bringing on a new manager for the store doesn't sit well with her director of social media.

Kristin struggles to maintain control as the rivalry between Brittainy and Shannon continues to cause chaos at the office. Jay blindsides Kristin when he announces he wants to buy a new house. And Shannon and Gurney's relationship is put to the test when a drunken Sunday Funday leads to a dramatic exit.

Jay continues to push Kristin to move out to the country, while she worries about balancing a move with her already hectic schedule. Shannon finally puts the drama with both Gurney and Brittainy behind her, only to then find herself confronted by an angry Reagan.

Kristin and Jay have moved into their new home and have expanded their farm life family with chickens and goats. As a surprise for Jay, Kristin agrees to babysit her friend Caroline Bryan's llama. Meanwhile, Uncommon James is busier than ever.

Kristin balances business and pleasure as she heads to Palm Springs, Calif., for a campaign shoot; in Nashville, Brittainy struggles to take control over a massive shipping issue; Jay has a hard time with Kristin always being out of town.

As problems continue to arise at UJ, Kristin sends in Jay to observe the workflow at the office; Kristin considers bringing back a former employee, but emotions run wild when her decision doesn't sit well with the staff.

While trying to balance work and family, Kristin mourns her failed friendship with Kelly and seeks advice from an astrologer that specializes in relationships.
