The Beauty Inside (2022) is a Turkish romantic drama following Efsun, a small-town dermatologist from Gaziantep who is summoned to Istanbul by her estranged mother — a renowned plastic surgeon on her deathbed. Forced to take over the city's most prestigious aesthetic clinic, Efsun clashes with Emir, the charming surgeon son of her mother's business partner, who suspects her motives. She hears from her mother, Pervin, who left them 21 years ago and hasn't seen her since. Pervin, a famous plastic surgeon, wants to see her daughter one last time. Efsun, who comes to Istanbul with Emir, the driver sent by Pervin, encounters a big surprise. Neither her mother nor the driver who brought her is telling the truth. Istanbul, which she came to for a day, will change Efsun's whole life irreversibly. |

Emir and Kaya's secret operation of Pervin's operation causes confusion. While Efsun tries to prove that Emir is performing surgery outside the clinic, Serpil begins to think that Kaya is cheating on her. On the other hand, Emir is in danger of appearing before the board because of the patient who returned from the dead because she hid the results of her medical history. Feeling guilty about what happened, Efsun is not yet aware of what will happen between her and Emir. |
