The News Puppets, also known as Les Guignols de l'info is a French news comedy talk reality television series that premiered on Canal+ on August 29, 1988. It ended on February 12, 2016. It was created by Alain Duverne, Alain de Greef. It stars Yves Lecoq, Daniel Herzog, Cyril Valade and Boris Scheigam.
A parody of a newscast, the show is a caricature of the political world, the media, personalities or more generally of French society and the current world.
