Series synopsis
Great Teacher Onizuka, also known as グレート・ティーチャー・オニヅカ is a Japanese animation comedy drama television series that premiered on TV Tokyo on June 30, 1999. It ended on September 17, 2000. It stars Wataru Takagi, Junko Noda, Isshin Chiba and Junichi Suwabe.
A former gang member wants to be Japan's best teacher. When he's hired to supervise a class of hopeless cases, it's his chance to prove himself.
