What a Cartoon! is an American comedy animation television series that premiered on Cartoon Network on February 20, 1995. It ended on August 23, 2002. It was created by Fred Seibert. It stars Ronnie Schell, B.J. Ward, Harvey Korman and Marvin Kaplan.
