Sherlock Hound, also known as 名探偵ホームズ is a Japanese action & adventure animation family television series that premiered on HTB on November 6, 1984. It ended on May 21, 1985. It stars Taichiro Hirokawa, Chikao Ohtsuka, Yoko Asagami and Kosei Tomita.
In a steampunk London, the great detective Sherlock Holmes and Doctor Watson routinely crack the most challenging cases — perpetrated more often than not by their nemesis, the proud, bumbling genius Professor Moriarty.
