War of In-Laws II

KWO PIK, editor-in-chief of the fashion magazine “Elva”, attends the funeral of a famous fashion designer. Celebrity HELEN also attends this funeral and the reporters ask PIK to give comments on HELEN’s fashion. PIK claims that HELEN is a copycat in front of the press and HELEN is extremely embarrassed. PIK doesn’t fasten her seat belt while taking a car back to the office and the policewoman CHOW LAI MAN accuses her for breaking the law. PIK works in the studio for a photo-shooting job. MAN misconceives that a bomb is hidden in the studio and she makes a fool of herself. MAN helps a child to pick up a doll while carrying out her duty. KWO TAK passes by and takes video of the whole incident. Somebody tries to make a mess at Elva magazine’s office. MAN comes to carry out investigation where she meets TAK and falls in love at first sight. PIK is captured by the fans of HELEN.… ...

PIK is sent to the hospital after the incident. MAN brings her soup in order to apologize but PIK doesn’t want to talk to MAN at all. PIK learns that GLORIA, the daughter of the very wealthy CHEUNG’s family, is sent to the same hospital because of food poisoning and PIK is overjoyed. TAK tries to make reparation to MAN for the bad manner of his mother PIK. He brings MAN to different places for fun and MAN seizes the chance to declare her love to him. TAK is shocked and he discusses this with PIK. PIK introduces GLORIA to TAK and GLORIA is very fond of him. TAK presents his idea of creating a Leopard Lady for an upcoming advertisement project to PIK but PIK rejects him. TAK is unhappy and shares this with MAN. MAN dresses like a Leopard Lady to cheer him up. Encouraged by MAN, TAK insists to sell his idea to GLORIA during the presentation and PIK is embarrassed. GLORIA invites TAK and PIK to her party.… ...

BO BO reports to PIK that MAN and TAK are in love with each other. PIK asks BO to threaten MAN with some muscular guys. PIK tells MAN that she is not a good match of TAK and asks her to leave him. TAK cannot get hold of MAN and his heart feels heavy. PIK pretends that she will not interfere in TAK’s love affairs if he can finish GLORIA’s advertisement project according to schedule. TAK learns that MAN has lost her job after the Leopard Lady incident and she is now working as a waitress in a low-class restaurant. TAK goes to meet MAN but MAN kicks him away. PIK arranges an overseas filming trip for TAK and GLORIA. TAK agrees to go but he changes his mind before boarding. He realizes that he truly loves MAN and decides to propose marriage to her… PIK is heart-broken to learn about the news and she runs away angrily. TAK finally convinces PIK to accept MAN as her daughter-in-law.… ...
