Series synopsis
Yesenin, also known as Есенин is a drama crime mystery television series that premiered on Channel One on October 31, 2005. It ended on November 18, 2005. It was created by Igor Zaytsev, Vladimir Valutskiy. It stars Sergey Bezrukov, Aleksandr Mikhaylov, Oleg Tabakov and Pavel Derevyanko.
MUR's investigator, Colonel Alexander Khlystov, receives an old photograph in the mail: it shows Yesenin, who has just been taken out of the loop. According to the rules, the investigator must give the case a legal course.
