Melrose Place is an American drama soap television series that premiered on FOX on July 8, 1992. It ended on May 24, 1999. It was created by Darren Star. It stars Marcia Cross, Thomas Calabro, Heather Locklear and Doug Savant.
Follow the lives of a group of young adults living in a brownstone apartment complex on Melrose Place, in Los Angeles, California.

Jane worries about the status of her marriage when Michael is unable to recall the specific moment he fell in love with her. |

I Am Curious Melrose Michael survives the hit-and-run, but suffers from amnesia. Jane is released when she offers evidence that incriminates Sydney. Kimberly promises to serve as Syd's alibi, then refuses to cover for her and plants a blonde wig at her apartment. Sydney is arrested. Billy deduces from Mrs. Parker's strange comments that Mr. Parker molested his daughters, and goes to San Francisco in search of Alison. Mr. Parker comes inside the house and threatens Alison, but Meredith holds him at gunpoint. He escapes when Billy bursts through the door. Billy becomes angry when Alison agrees with Amanda's advice and decides to prosecute her father instead of going to Las Vegas to elope. Jake breaks up with Amanda and decides to spend time on his boat. He takes in a beautiful woman named Brittany, who had jumped overboard following an argument with her abusive husband. |

It's a Bad World After All Kimberly brings Michael home from the hospital. Sydney convinces Matt to visit her in prison, and tells him that Kimberly is setting her up. Sydney's father flies in from Chicago, but enrages his daughter by suggesting she seek a plea bargain. Matt becomes suspicious of Kimberly when he realizes that she is shielding Michael from the truth about their history. Sydney's outburst convinces Mr. Andrews that she is crazy, and he and Jane have her committed to a mental hospital. Alison and Meredith fly to Wisconsin and attempt to file charges against their father, but Meredith bails out when she realizes that the town respects Mr. Parker too much to give their story credence. Alison confronts her father in front of all the prominent townspeople at a barbecue, and pushes him into admitting his guilt. In-Laws and Outlaws Chris warns that his company will have to cancel his deal with Jane's firm if Michael does not sign off on it. Sydney calls Matt from the mental hospital and pleads with him to investigate Kimberly. Jane and Matt visit the beach house, where she bonds with Michael while Matt snoops. He discovers that Kimberly owns several wigs, then rips off her wig during a confrontation at the hospital. Sydney accepts a plea bargain after a scummy staff member propositions her, and is released into Jane's custody. Kimberly vows revenge against Matt. Palmer and Brittany continue their plot against Jake. Palmer turns up on Amanda's doorstep. Billy and Alison break up after she learns that he took a job at D&D without consulting her. Jo receives a surprise visit from Reed's parents. She reluctantly admits that Reed is the father of her child, and is shocked when the Carters sue her for custody. |

Post Mortem Madness Kimberly sets off her bombs, destroying half of the building. MacKenzie suffers a fatal heart attack. Billy breaks down Alison's door and pulls her to safety, although she is blinded by the blast. Peter saves Kimberly from drowning after the impact knocks her into the pool. Kimberly is placed in the psychiatric ward, and is unable to recall the events of the past week. Billy storms out when Hayley calls him to task for not immediately taking Brooke on their honeymoon. Brooke later moves out of the mansion and into Billy's apartment. Jess is killed in the fall from the construction site, while Jake suffers only minor injuries. He shuns a guilt-ridden Jo. The jailed Matt is enraged when his parents seem to suspect that he is guilty of murder. They win back his trust when they put up their mortgage to bail him out of jail. |

Melrose Is Like a Box of Chocolates Jane, Sydney and Jo get temporary roommates while the building is repaired. Jake goes on a drinking binge in the aftermath of his brother's death. Amanda invites Alison to return to D&D. Peter encourages Kimberly to pretend to be insane to get a lighter sentence, but she refuses. Kimberly attacks a doctor during a psychiatric evaluation, and threatens to jump off the roof. Peter is able to talk her down with a love declaration (although he isn't sincere). Michael and Peter decide to establish their own practice. Brooke is distressed when an inheritance isn't all that she expected. Sydney quits Shooters because of Jake's self-destructive behavior, and is hired as Michael and Peter's receptionist. Matt gets into a fist fight with Paul at the hospital. He later punches out Jake after taking exception to his treatment of Jo. Jake finally breaks down and turns to Jo for comfort. Jane undermines Richard's authority at work. |

Blind Ambition Alison regains her sight during a client party. Jane convinces her to keep the news to herself, as Brooke is only allowing her near Billy out of pity. Brooke snoops in Amanda's office and discovers a Florida driver's license for Amanda Parezi. Matt's lawyer, Alycia, resigns when he insists on trying to coax a confession from Paul on his own. Paul believes that Matt has an incriminating letter from Carol, and asks him to come to his house. Paul holds Matt at gunpoint and plans to kill him. Fortunately, Jo has called Alycia, who arrives with the police. Paul is mortally wounded in a shootout and confesses to his wife's murder before dying. Matt returns to work, only to be fired by Dr. Hobbs. Peter again asks Kimberly to plead insanity. He is impressed when she lunges for Michael and Sydney in the courtroom, until he realizes that her behavior is not an act. Richard objects when Jane hires Jo without consulting him. Living With Disaster Richard torments Jane's conscience by leaving clues about the murder around her home and office. Detective Wylie tells Amanda that Peter is actually Dr. Peter Howell, who is wanted in Kansas City on charges of murdering his wife. Amanda visits Kansas City and talks with the mother of Peter's late wife Beth. She learns that Beth suffered from terminal cancer, and that Peter told her parents that he had fulfilled her wishes by putting her out of her misery. Beth's father insisted on pressing charges, but a diary entry later revealed that Beth had taken her own life. However, Peter tells Amanda that he did kill his wife. Kimberly regains consciousness, but disappears before she can make a statement on Peter's behalf. Alison rejects Billy's marriage proposal. Alison and Jake decide to keep their relationship a secret. Over Dick's Dead Body Jane suspects that Richard is still alive. Sydney suggests that they dig up the body to alleviate her sister's fears. They find that the body is gone, and someone has left a note threatening to turn the sisters in to the police unless they pay him $50,000. After initially trying to use counterfeit money, Jane and Sydney take the cash to the gravesite. Richard appears and points a gun at them. Michael finds Kimberly, who explains that she cannot remember the night of Bobby's murder. Peter is injured after picking a fight with a prison guard. Alison decides to move out of the building so that she and Jake can have time alone. Matt steals Michael's prescription pad to get access to more pills. Taylor convinces Kyle that they should buy a restaurant in Los Angeles. |

Moving Violations Jane and Sydney escape when Jane hits Richard in the gut with a shovel. As a deputy is driving Jane and Syd to meet Samantha, they see Richard come out of a grocery store. Richard is killed in a shootout. At the morgue, Jane stabs his body with a brooch to make sure that he is dead. A sheriff returns their money, and orders them out of his town. Jane stops a bewildered Sam from moving out. Sydney invests her money in Jane's boutique. Amanda threatens Kimberly when she refuses to perjure herself. Kimberly later ensures Peter's release when she recalls a waiter who can serve as his alibi. Amanda is angry when Taylor shows up at the courthouse. Billy mistakenly believes Alison has invited him to her apartment, and gets into a fist fight with Jake when he finds him there. One of Matt's professors suspects that he is on drugs. |

Divorce Dominican Style Kyle tries to manipulate Taylor into revealing the truth about her scheme involving Christine. Amanda and Kyle's divorce is finalized. She marries Rory, as Kyle arrives at the ceremony seconds too late. Taylor tries to commit suicide through carbon monoxide poisoning. A Long Way to Tip-a-Rory Rory poisons Amanda after she refuses to give him a share of the agency. Kyle discovers the couple's secret honeymoon location. Rory tries to stab Kyle, but falls on the knife during the scuffle and dies. Amanda recovers from her illness. Lexi learns that her father set her up to take the fall in an embezzlement scheme. She will go to prison unless she can come up with five million dollars. Peter admits his love for Amanda and breaks up with Lexi. He tells Lexi about her father's secret codicil, and suggests that she marry Brett and split the ten million dollars. Brett refuses to consider her offer, and Lexi is arrested. Taylor is saved from the carbon monoxide poisoning, but not before a dream causes her to suspect that Michael is her baby's father.
