Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

The Turtles explored the temple of the lost Muta Kingdom where they met the spirit of light called Crys-Mu, who was contained inside the Muta Stone. In reward, she gives the Turtles the ability to do the Super Mutation, which turns them from regular turtles into Super Turtles for three minutes. When all four Super Turtles turns into one, they turn into the all-mighty Turtle Saint. At the same time, Shredder and Krang manage to find the Dark Muta Rock as they try to awake the demoness Dark Mu contained inside the crystal.

The Turtles, along with April and Splinter, go on a trip to Japan in order to help Kinzou Hattori, in order to get rid of a ghost haunting the Hattori House. At the same time, Shredder, Bebop and Rocksteady teleport themselves to Japan in order to steal the Tablet of the Seven Elements, so they can gain the powers of the Guardian Beasts.

The 2003 Ninja Turtles find their 1987 originals captured and held hostage by Hun. The 2003 Turtles defeat Hun, and the Purple Dragons and rescue their classic originals and escape to the modern Turtles' Lair. Meanwhile, the Technodrome from the 1987 TV series along with Shredder, Krang, Bebop and Rocksteady are together again and fight both versions of the turtles. Meanwhile the classic Shredder, transports the Utrom Shredder back from the ice asteroid that he was sent to after the "Exodus" episode. The classic Shredder and Krang had no idea that the modern Shredder would turn against them and sets out to erase the entire Ninja Turtle Universe, starting all the way back to the 1984 Mirage Comic series to where the Ninja Turtles are as of today, including the 1987 TV series Turtles, the live-action turtles, all the comic book turtles, and the modern TV series Turtles.

For fifteen years, four mutant Turtles and their rodent sensei have lived a secret life beneath the sewers of New York. Coming to the surface for the first time, the Turtles soon find their day out interrupted as a young girl and her father become the targets of mysterious, and dangerous, men...

When April O'Neil is abducted, the Turtles search leads to the base of the robotic Kraang army, and Leonardo struggles to unify his rebellious brothers to victory.

The Turtles are in danger of exposure when hot-headed Raphael is caught on video arguing with a human on the street. He must learn to control his temper in order to help the others retrieve the video before it falls into the wrong hands.

The Turtles discover that the Kraang survived their previous showdown and have dropped mutagen canisters all over New York City.

While tracking mutagen, the Turtles bring a mutated squirrel back to the lair. When it starts multiplying, the Turtles must hunt the squirrel mutants and prevent them from escaping into the city.

The Turtles face an army of robot foot soldiers; Karai captures Leonardo and forces him to do battle with ninjas that can adapt to his every move.

The team tries to deal with the possibility that Leo will not get better; a new mutant captures Raphael.

When the Turtles discover Bigfoot in the woods, Donnie befriends it and insists they protect it from a hunter.

When the guys discover a Kraang ship buried under April's house, they also uncover April's lost mother.

The Turtles experience outer space and alien life for the first time.

The Turtles and their enemy crash-land on an ice moon and they must put aside their differences in order to survive.

Casey releases a wish-granting alien named Wyrm, who wants his freedom to do whatever he wants to the universe

The Turtles believe they have defeated most of their old enemies, but they soon discover that a new evil is rising from the ashes.

Karai searches for the legendary Kuro Kabuto, claiming to be the rightful heiress of the Foot Clan, when she suddenly encounters an old rival.

Donnie's grudge with Don Vizioso threatens the Turtle's newest mission.

Krang summons General Tragg from the Dimension X to keep the Turtles busy while Shredder places a remote control transmitter upon a rocket ship preparing to launch a satellite with a new super laser.

Under the Arctic Ocean Krang is tuning up his Robotic Body. While no one is looking, Bebop and Rocksteady inadvertently destroy an important computer chip and surreptitiously replace it with one from a video game.

While the Turtles are busy trying to decide what costumes to wear to this year's Channel Six Halloween party, April and Irma are doing a story on the reverse polarity magnet at Magno-Dyne Labs.

The Turtles and Splinter win a trip to Europe, but wind up riding in a crate with the Turtle Van. Meanwhile, Krang devises a giant electromagnet to pull the Technodrome free from an asteroid.

Krang works on an oxidizer rocket with enough power to blast the Technodrome to Earth, but something goes wrong, and instead of thrust, the device grows rust.

The Turtles are vacationing in the Alps, as Splinter goes off to a nearby mountain to meditate. April is in an Alpine village with Irma when she notices the ice and snow melting, unusual for this time of year.

Shredder & Krang are still loose on Earth, but without the resources of the Technodrome, they plan to steal equipment from the abandoned Hall of Science at the World Fair. Krang's former weapons engineer, Drakus, using the guise of Beserko, also shows up to cause trouble.

Burne has created a hot line for callers to use should they spot those responsible for the destruction of the Channel Six News Building. Inside the Hall of Science, Shredder is fearful that the Turtles will eventually find a way into the building and decides to seek out an old friend in the sewers: the Rat King!

After defeating a mysterious group of ninjas at the Emeryville Power Station, the Turtles decode part of a map that they were able to liberate from the would-be thieves.

While watching video tapes of old battles, Raphael sees a mystery person spying on them. While the Turtles investigate, an alien warlord named Dregg sends his TechnoGansters to steal all the gold on Earth.

April contacts the Turtles to let them know that Dregg has landed on Earth and is preparing a press conference. The Turtles rush to meet April at the Park, where they hear Dregg announce his friendly intentions and offers the world his molecular converter.

Believing that the Turtles are the only thing that stands between him and total domination of the planet Dregg makes contact with Medusa, a sinisterly beautiful alien.

While the Turtles work on using fragments of the Vortex Crystal to stabilize their mutations, Lord Dregg plans to use the fragments to create another Vortex Crystal to power his Vortex Transporter.

While Raphael, Michaelangelo, Donatello and Carter work on restoring Leonardo to his regular self, Mung steals all the plutonium from a power plant in order for Dregg to build a Plutonium Ray to turn Leonardo into a radioactive killer.

Mungg informs Dregg that he came across two individuals who claimed they were old acquaintances of the turtles: Shredder and Krang!
