Jon & Kate Plus 8

The one hour special introduces Jon and Kate Gosselin, their twin girls, Cara and Mady and their sextuplets, Alexis, Hannah, Aaden, Collin, Leah, and Joel.

The one hour special follows Jon and Kate one year after their first special, Surviving Sextuplets and Twins. The Gosselins have moved into a new house, and Kate prepares to have a post pregnancy tummy tuck.

In this one hour special, Jon and Kate help support Earth Day, by making their house safe to the environment, with help from Planet Green's Renovation Nation host Steve Thomas.

When a church in California asks the Gosselins to speak to their congregation, Jon and Kate jump at the chance to get out of Pennsylvania. But the logistics of a cross country trip, from drafting a will to packing up all eight kids, proves challenging.

In this episode, having reached her limit, Kate decides it might be time to get some cleaning assistance. Will Kate be able to find someone to meet her high cleanliness standards?

Kate and Jon want to make sure their eight grow up with traditions and Fall is prime time for family ritual. They take the kids to a local orchard for pumpkin and apple picking, and end the day with romping through a corn maze.

The sextuplets are turning 3 and the Gosselins are celebrating in true Gosselin style. Super-organized Kate is planning an amazing carnival-themed bash, complete with carnival games, hot dogs, popcorn, funnel cake, a clown and even ponies! How will the sextuplets react to such an extravaganza?

With all eight kids in tow, Jon and Kate visit a local amusement park, Dutch Wonderland. The sextuplets experience their first ride and learn that roller coasters may not be to everyone's taste. Throw in one twin who refuses to have a good time and the obstacles seem insurmountable. But all in all this is a successful family fun day-no small feat!

Mother's Day is here, which means that Jon and the kids work together to give Kate a much-deserved break. Jon prepares a luxurious breakfast in bed while trying to keep the kids from waking their sleeping mom. Kate's pampering continues with a pedicure at the spa. If only Mother's Day came around more often!

The third season premiere starts off with the twins in first grade, Jon at work and Kate at home the six.

While the twins are in school, Jon and Kate prepare for the girls' seventh birthday party which includes a special dinner out and family celebration at home. Watch as they manage the stress of catering to two unique personalities on their shared birthday.

Kate begins looking for a well-qualified nanny to take care of her 3 year old sextuplets and 7-year-old twins. While Jon stays home with all the kids, Kate hopes that after a day of interviewing she will be able to find the perfect nanny.

Jon takes the boys golfing for a boys day out, while the twins are in school and Kate takes the little girls grocery shopping to buy ingredients for a special snack, Monkey Munch.

Kate takes all five girls for a fun day at a paint your own pottery place, while Jon takes the boys to his gym where they learn about exercise while Jon works out

What would be an ordinary lazy Sunday in the Gosselin home is a celebratory day for the Gosselin family as they celebrate the sextuplets' fourth birthday! In this episode, Jon and Kate take the kids to a local bakery to personally decorate their very own birthday cupcakes. The only problem is Mommy and Daddy won't let them eat their special treats until after dinner! Now as four-year olds, will the sextuplets be able to exercise patience or will their love for a sweet birthday treat get the best of them?

The Gosselin kids get help from professional baker Duff Goldman of Ace of Cakes, to help them bake a cake as a surprise for Kate's birthday, while Jon is off in Utah for some skiing with friends and a tour of a facility that helps handicapped kids ski and snowboard.

Kate and Mady spend some mother-daughter time together in San Diego, while Jon takes care of the other seven kids. Then an emergency happens with the one of little kids, that ends with a trip to the hospital.
