Series synopsis
Defiance is an American drama sci-fi & fantasy television series that premiered on Syfy on April 15, 2013. It ended on August 28, 2015. It was created by Rockne S. O'Bannon, Michael Taylor, Kevin Murphy. It stars Grant Bowler, Julie Benz, Stephanie Leonidas and Tony Curran.
In the near future, planet Earth is permanently altered following the sudden—and tumultuous—arrival of seven unique alien races. In the boom-town of Defiance, the newly-formed civilization of humans and aliens must learn to co-exist peacefully.
